Airport

Helena Regional Airport (HLN) is a full-service regional airport currently with direct flights to three major hubs, Salt Lake City, Seattle and Minneapolis. This airport has short security lines and is close to Helena. For more information on the airport, check its website at http://www.helenaairport.com/.

Airlines

Helena is served by two major airlines, Northwest and Delta along with some smaller regional carriers. Northwest airlines is offering a meeting discount on airfare for BPE attendees. The discount is 7% off ticket prices if tickets are purchased more than 30 days prior to the conference and 5% off if purchased from 0-29 days before the conference.

To receive the discount indicate that you have an E-Cert Fare/Meeting Arrangement discount. You will be asked for a WorldFile/Meeting Ticket Designator which is: NMDHR.

Transportation to/from Airport

There are several convenient options for the 10-minute trip to/from the airport: hotel shuttle, rental cars, and taxis. Great Northern Hotel Free Shuttle Van

When you first arrive at the baggage claim in the airport, locate the courtesy phones for accommodations. Select Great Northern Hotel phone. Ask them to send their shuttle to pick you up. The shuttle driver frequently can be there by the time your luggage is available. The shuttle will be waiting outside. For security reasons, the shuttle driver must stay with the vehicle so you must go outside to pick up the shuttle.

Great Northern Hotel has Free Parking Available for Overnight Guests and Conference Attendees.
