Registration deadline was May 1, 2008. Conference dates are May 21-23. To register late, contact Jennie Stapp at 406-444-5356 or email, jstapp2@mt.gov.

Conference Fees

Conference Fee (3 breakfasts, 2 dinners, & guided boat tour):        $160 per attendee
Guest Fee (3 breakfasts, 2 dinners, & guided boat tour):                $80 per guest
Last Chance Ranch dinner and entertainment (optional, no-host):   $69 per attendee or guest

Payment

You may submit payment by credit card, check or money order. Credit card payments should be made when you register online. If you prefer a check or money order, after registering online, make these payable to "Montana State Library" and remit to:

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made to Jennie Stapp either by phone, 406-444-5393, or by email at jstapp2@mt.gov. Full refunds will be made for cancellations before May, 8, 2008. $90 refunds will be made for cancellations made between May 8 and May 15, 2008. No refund will be given for cancellations on or after May 15, 2008.

Attire

Casual or business-casual attire is the appropriate dress code for this conference. May temperatures in Helena range from an average low of 40 to an average high of 65. Some Montana outdoorsmen will already be in shorts and hiking sandals. Montana is usually dry, but does have spring rains. A full range of weather is possible. Be prepared to dress accordingly.
