When you first arrive at the baggage claim in the airport, locate the courtesy phones for accommodations. Select Great Northern Hotel phone. Ask them to send their shuttle to pick you up. The shuttle driver can frequently be there by the time your luggage is available. The shuttle will be waiting outside. For security reasons, the shuttle driver must stay with the vehicle.
