Registration Fee: $180 per attendee

Payment is due immediately. Only checks and money orders are accepted, and should be made payable to "Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records".

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made to Sara Muth either by phone at 602-542-4359 or by email at smuth@lib.az.us. Full refunds will be made for cancellations before April 23, 2007. $90 refunds will be made for cancellations made between April 23 and April 29, 2007. No refund will be given for cancellations on or after April 30, 2007.

Attire

Casual or business-casual attire is the appropriate dress code for this conference. Average temperatures in May range from 92 degrees Fahrenheit during the day to 61 degrees at night, so dress accordingly.
